Due to intense pain in my shoulders, neck and head for the past 2 years, the quality of my life seemed to be slipping away as I was unable to even perform daily tasks. I previously had epidurals every 4 months that only provided relief for a few days. I was forwarded from one specialists to another in different locations for extensive testing that did not identify a specific problem that could be treated surgically, therefore each specialist released me. My family physician referred me to Auburn Pain Specialists. After consultation, Dr. Robinson performed a Cervical Medial Branch Block . After positive test results, I then underwent a Cervical Radiofrequency Rhizotomy. After 3-4 weeks of recovery, there is no pain.
